Bharat Dhruv is a growth strategy consultant and technical advisor to companies in the Indian and International Automotive Sector. Prior to starting his own independent practice at Dhruv Maxx Gro in 2014, he worked with TATA Motors for 36 years. He joined TATA as a graduate engineer(from VJTI, Mumbai) and then went on to hold many key roles such as Head – Fully Built Vehicle Sales, Head – Key Accounts and Head Application Engineering Group and Tender Response Cell. While working at Tata Motors, he completed his DMM, from St. Xaviers, Mumbai.

Bharat has incidentally been one of the founding members of the Application Engineering Group at TATA. He has also served as a committee member for creating Code of Practice for Bus Body Design and Approval by the Government of India(Ministry of Surface Transport and SIAM). He has done the internal and external assessment of TATA Group Companies as a business process specialist by TBEM (TATA Business Excellence Model).
Throughout his career, he has made more than 100+ Truck Mounted Applications many of which have been the first time in India and some first time in the world. Some of the applications built by him on TATA Platform are as follows:
Transit Mixers, Tankers, Bulkers, Garbage Compactors, Fire Fighters, Aerial Work Platforms, Rail-Cum-Road Vehicles, Refrigeration Vehicles, Trailers, Tippers, Ambulances, Car Carriers.

He has been instrumental in many collaborations of TATA Motors with leading application developers across the world. Bharat’s illustrious career in the CV Sector has strengthened his Indian and International Network. Bharat is passionate about innovative application development, creating growth strategy and process optimisation.

Throughout his career, Bharat has regularly involved himself in community service and has done various pro-bono consulting projects. He was one of the founding members of the City of Joy project of Internationally renowned author Mr Dominique Lapierre.
Bharat is passionate about reading and has a personal collection of many books and journals. He believes that knowledge and it’s execution is a key to success and therefore indulges in various learning programs to continuously update himself.
